How to download an invoice in Pencil

For you (merchant/seller/supplier), you can download the Cin7 invoice (and any other documentation) from Pencil → Sales Orders → click on the (...) More Actions of a sale order → click "Attachments" and then you can view the available documents and download.

Note: This feature isn't currently available for customers to view.

You can also go to Pencil → Invoices and click on the "Invoice" link to view the QBO online invoice (please note that not all of your invoices have this link as they don't exist in QBO, so some of your old invoices will redirect to Pencil's default invoice page).

For your customers, when they log into Pencil they can go to Bills and then click the "View Bill" link to view the QBO online invoice as well.
