How to pause an active payment plan

You have an existing payment plan for one or more quotes, orders and/or invoices and your customer would like to pause the payment plan.

After you have set up your payment plan, if the customer's circumstances change and they may make a request to pause for the payment plan for a while. 

To pause an existing payment plan follow these steps:

  1. Go to Pencil → Payment Plans → Payment Plans → More Actions (...) → Pause Payment Plan

  1. Pause Payment Plan
    1. Click “Confirm” to pause the payment plan.
