How to Get a List of All Invoices of your Customer

Here's a quick way get a list of paid and unpaid invoices to your customer in 3 easy steps:

To send a Customer Statement customer to know what the description is and who it is from, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your PencilPay account.
  2. Go to Invoices.
  3. In the top right corner, click on "Export" which will send you an email with a link to click on to download a CSV file of all of your invoices.

  1. Log into your PencilPay account.
  2. Go to Invoices.
  3. Under 'Search' type in the Customer Trader Name.
  4. Click 'Reset'.
  5. On the upper-right hand corner, click 'Export'
  6. In the top right corner, click on "Export" which will send you an email with a link to click on to download a CSV file of all of your invoices.
    This is what the email will look like from your inbox. You can do a manual search in your inbox by typing any words included in the subject line: "Invoices have been exported successfully."

  7. Then you can filter in Excel as needed.
