Pencil Payments not syncing to Xero
You may encounter a scenario where there are payments that have not synced to Xero.
First, go to https://app.pencilpay.com/admin/integrations/xero and make sure that the correct bank account from the dropdown list under "Bank account" is selected.This list comes directly from your Xero.
Next, you can use the "Remove & Redo" feature in Xero in the bank account section

Click on "Account Transactions" in the bank account the transactions were reconciled with (you may need to check the previously selected bank account that was set in the Xero integration in Pencil as Pencil would have been sending the disbursement data to that account.

Find the transactions and see if they are Reconciled.

If they are, check the box on the left.

Then click the "Remove & Redo"
