This interim status lasts for one week and serves as a safeguard for users who may need to review or potentially reinstate the invoice.
During this Void Pending period, please note that Pencil will not process any payments related to this invoice, ensuring that no financial actions are taken while the invoice is in limbo.
After the one-week time frame has elapsed, the invoice will automatically be marked as Voided.
At that point, it will no longer be accessible in your active invoices list, and any associated payments or transactions will be permanently canceled.
We encourage you to review any invoices you wish to delete carefully, as the Void Pending period is your only opportunity to reverse the action before it becomes final.
