A director/personal guarantee needs to review and approve the account application, (Pending Signature Status) for On boarding but is having issues

How to troubleshoot when customer is having issues in the stage where a director or personal guarantee needs to review and approve the account application

For when a director/personal guarantee needs to review and approve the account application, they will receive an email with a link to click on. 
If you want to see what this email looks like you can go to Pencil -> Customers -> find your customer and click on the “Emails” icon -> then find the subject like "Going Paperless with *<Company Trading Name> register as a personal guarantee for **Customer Name**” -> then you can click on the “View” icon to see the email.
Once the user clicks the link the are taken to a page to set their password (we need to verify this email address is valid) -> then they click through Next, Next, Next to confirm the information is correct and then they sign the last page and done.
The reason we require the personal guarantee to review the information and verify their email is so that they don’t put a random email and random details and also to make this a legally binding contract (the key reason).
