My customer paid the invoice with ACH payment method, but funds are not disbursed yet

You may have a customer who has paid by ACH, but you are still waiting for the funds to be disbursed (paid out).

For ACH transactions we set the payment status to Payment Pending while we wait the outcome of the ACH transaction.

Once the payment is successful the payment will update to Paid in Pencil.

For ACH in the US, it takes 3 business days before we know the status of the ACH transaction, then up to 2 business days for the funds to be disbursed (paid out) into your nominated account.
