You may encounter a scenario when the auto-charge didn't charge. There could be several reasons for this but one of the common ones could be caused by the "Enable for charging on the weeked" setting Toggled OFF.
One of the first things to check is this setting "Enable for charging on the weekend" is Toggled OFF in Customer Settings.
First, you need to find the Customer Settings in Pencil
1. Log in to Pencil admin account.
2. Go to Customers.
3. Search for your customer.
4. Under 'Actions', click on the three dots (...) "More Actions"
5. Select "Customer Settings" from the drop-down list

Check if Enabled for charging on the weekend" is toggled OFF. If you wish to turn on this feature, Toggle it ON to enable charging on the weekends for auto-charge.
