Can we sign off on the director's behalf or get all required information then enter it ourselves into Pencilpay?

You may encounter a customer who will not use any links sent to them to make an application.

As part of the signature process we need to send the account application to the director/personal guarantor's email address and have them log in, verify information and then sign so we can date/time stamp and verify the signature is legal.


In saying that, you are also able to get all the information, use the (...) More Actions -> Edit -> and complete all the information and submit on behalf of your customer.


If you do decide to do this, we recommend you get in writing that the customer has given you permission to complete the account application on their behalf to cover yourself legally as proof that you have the customer's consent in doing so on their behalf.
