Customer On Boarding Email Notification Settings

This article walks you through the different configuration options for which users receive email notifications related to customer on boarding.

You have the flexibility to set which certain users within Pencil can automatically receive notifications related to Pencil's customer on boarding workflows. These include sending on boarding emails to and receiving credit card expiry reminders.

To review and update these settings you can go to: Pencil -> Settings -> Credit Forms -> Notification Receiver Settings -> here you can update the following settings for these related users will receive notifications

  • Account Contacts -> this setting is OFF by default
  • Authorised Representatives -> this setting is ON by default
  • Directors-> this setting is ON by default
  • Manual Receivers who is added manually and not linked to an user account in Pencil-> this setting is ON by default
  • Personal Guarantors-> this setting is ON by default
  • Invoice/Sale Billing Contacts-> this setting is ON by default
