Refund Request for Direct Debit Payments
Your customer has requested a refund of a transaction and the payment was made via Direct Debit.
To request a refund for a direct debit payment send an email to support@pencilpay.com with the invoice number and the amount you wish to refund.
Direct debit refunds can take 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in their account.
