You can customise your Credit Forms to require your customers to add Trade Reference(s) by following the steps below:
In Pencil -> Go to Settings -> Credit Forms -> Payment Terms Settings -> select the filter "Active" = Yes -> then click on the "More" button Under Actions on the right of each active payment term -
Here you can add the number of Trade References there and Save.
In addition, you will also find other settings such as:
- Personal Guarantors - this option will allow you to require personal guarantor(s) if you tick this option and you can also customise how many you require.
- Directors - this option will allow you to require director(s) if you tick this option and you can also customise how many you require.
- Director Drivers License Required - this option will allow you to director(s) to require uploading their driver's license if you tick this option and you can also customise how many you require.
