How to add your credit form to your website?

Follow these steps to add the Pencil iframe code to your website to allow your customers to easily on board and save you hours of double entry.

Instructions

Before you start this step please confirm you have access to your content management system (CMS) of your website. The example below is based on creating a new credit form in Wordpress.

  1. First log into your Pencil Supplier account and go to: Settings → Credit Forms → Credit Form Design → click on the green Embed button in the top right corner.

    1. If you have someone else who manages your website, copy the code and send to them with the instructions below.

  2. Next log into your website content management system and navigate to where you add a new page.

  3. Paste the code from the “Embed Credit Forms” above as text/code, add a title to the page and then click Preview or Publish (depending on your content management system)

  4. You can now go and view the page to see how your credit form looks.

  5. You can also add the page to your menu, footer or a button on your home page as require (the instructions will depend on which CMS you are using to manage your website.
