How to change the next payment amount in customer's payment plan?

You may encounter a customer who requires an adjustment to how much they want or can pay for the next payment that is due in their payment plan. In this kind of situation, you have an option to change the amount of the next payment plan.

Please follow the steps below to change the next payment amount in the customer's payment plan:
  1. Log into your Pencil account.
  2. Go to Payment Plans -> Payment Plans
  3. Find the payment plan that has failed and then click on the "Review" 
  4. Under Review Instalments, Click on the Update Amount button.
  5. A popup will come up to Update Next Instalment Amount. Type in Amount you require and click on Update.
  6. A popup to Update Next Instalment Amount will show up. Review the Amount and Click Confirm.
