You may encounter a customer who requires an adjustment to the date of the next payment due in their payment plan. In this kind of situation, you have the option to change the date of the next payment plan.
Please follow the steps below to change the next payment date in the customer's payment plan:
- Log into your Pencil account.
- Go to Payment Plans -> Payment Plans
- Find the payment plan that has failed and then click on the "Review"
- Under Review Instalments, Click on the Change Date button.
- A popup will come up to Update Next Instalment Date. Type in Date you require and click on Update.
- A popup to Confirm Update Next Instalment Date will show up. Review the Date and Click Confirm.
