How to check if your Pencil payment link is configured in Xero
Confirm your PencilPay payment link is correctly set up as a custom online payment service in Xero’s Online payments settings so customers can use the “Pay by PencilPay” button on their invoices
To check if your Pencil payment link is configured in Xero, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your Xero account.

Click on your Xero account in the upper-left hand corner of the screen (please see screenshot below for reference).

From the drop-down menu, click on "Settings" → Under Sales, Click on "Online payments"

Click on "Connected services" → check if you can see "PencilPay" as a Payment Service.

If yes, click on "Edit" → click on Service Details → check if this information is showing:

Account Name = PencilPay
-
Your custom URL = https://app.pencilpay.com/payment_services/xero/?invoiceId=[INVOICEID]¤cy=[CURRENCY]&amount=[AMOUNTDUE]&shortCode=[SHORTCODE]

Pay now button text = "Pay by PencilPay" or "Pay Now"

Click "Save"

If no, click on "Add a new service",

At the bottom of the page, click on the hyperlink that says "add another online payment option".

Select the radio button for "Custom Payment URL". Click on continue.

Fill out this information:

Account Name = PencilPay

Your custom URL = https://app.pencilpay.com/payment_services/xero/?invoiceId=[INVOICEID]¤cy=[CURRENCY]&amount=[AMOUNTDUE]&shortCode=[SHORTCODE]

Pay now button text = "Pay by PencilPay" or "Pay Now"

Click "Save"
