How to connect your MYOB account to Pencil?

Go to www.pencilpay.com Click on the LOGIN button top right on the home page

Log in with your Supplier login

On the Left-hand side of the click on the “Integrations” tab

Select the software in which the Supplier has

1. Click on the MYOB integration tile:

   1. Click on “Get Started”

   2. Log in to your MYOB account

   3. Click Allow Access

   4. Update the Reconciliation Configuration

      1. Bank Account (select which bank account you wish funds collected to be transferred to; if you don’t have an account, click on the + sign and add, then go back and refresh the list)

      2. Transaction fee account (select which account you wish the Pencil transaction fee to be linked to; if you don’t have an account, click on the + sign and add, then go back and refresh the list)

      3. Customer Tax Ccode

      4. Customer freight tax code

      5. Supplier tax code

      6. Supplier freight tax code

      7. Transaction fee tax code

      8. Transaction fee freight tax code

   5. Click Save to save changes
