How to handle or approve a Pending Signature customer

You may have a customer that is in Pending Signature status that you would like to approve without the personal guarantee signing the application.

You may have a customer that is in Pending Signature status that you would like to approve without the personal guarantee signing the application.

In this case you can follow these steps:

1. Log into app.pencilpay.com with you Pencil login.
2. Go to Customers
3. Change the "Status" filter to "Pending Signature" and find your customer.
4. Click on the "More Actions" -> Customer Settings for this customer.
5. Toggle OFF "Personal Guarantee Required".
6. Close the popup.
7. Refresh your browser (Control R (Windows) or Command R (Mac) or click the reload icon in your browser.
8. Then click on "More Actions" for the customer and you will see the Approve option.
