How to Navigate the Customer Filters in Pencilpay

In Pencil, when you go to Customers, you will find many filters on the upper part of the grid (page). Explore the list of all the different filters and their functions below:

Here are the different filters in Pencil

When searching for a customer in Pencilpay, it is always important to understand how to use the filters to search your customer.

You can set the filters to All by default or change them according to their purpose.

There are currently 7 different filters in PencilPay.

  • Status
  • Country
  • Payment Term
  • Email Sent
  • Payment Method
  • Failure Exceeded
  • Auto-charge
Status This filter will show a list of All customers with their corresponding Status in Pencilpay
Country This filter will show All customers in a specific Country
Payment Term This filter will show All customers with a specific Payment Term (ie 15 days, 30 days, etc.)
Payment Method

This filter will show All customers with a set Payment Method (YES)

This filter will show All customers with no set Payment Method (NO)

Failure Exceeded This filter will show All customers who have exceed payment failure attempts (3 and above)
Auto-charge This filter will show All customers who have the auto-charge feature toggled ON
