If you have 2 or more invoices that you want to pay, you can follow the steps below:
To pay for multiple invoices, follow these steps:
- Log into your PencilPay account.
- Go to Invoices and search for the Customer or Invoice Number.
- Select one of the invoices you want to pay for, click on the "Pay" button.
- Toggle on "Add more invoice" -> Select all the invoices you want to pay -> then click Next -> then "Pay by credit card" -> and enter the details or use the existing saved payment method (If there are any).
1. Login to your PencilPay admin account. Click on Invoices.
2. Search for the Customer or Invoice Number.
3. You can now select one of the invoices and click "Pay".
4. Once you click on Pay, this page will pop-up. Toggle 'ON' the 'Add more invoices' option. Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay for.
The selected invoice number(s) will appear at the top of the pop-up. Then Click "Next"
5. You may enter the 'Amount Outstanding' and click 'Pay invoice by credit card'.
6. Choose the preferred 'Payment method' by clicking on the downward arrow to select from drop-down.
**Important Note** Once you tick this check box to 'Save Credit Card Details for Later', a pop-up reminder will come up. Click 'OK'.
7. Fill out the required information as shown below: It will show the required fields if you hit pay without completely filling out the information.
8. Click 'Pay' to submit payment.
