To reset your PencilPay password, you can follow the steps below:
To reset your password you can click on this link and enter your email and click on the 'Request" button.
We'll send you a reset password link via email and you can click on the link and follow the steps to reset your password.
Alternatively you can go to https://app.pencilpay.com/users/sign_in and click on the "Sign In" button on the top right of the page and then click on the "Forgot password" link and follow the steps.
1. Go to https://app.pencilpay.com/users/sign_in and click on Forget Password.
2. Enter your PencilPay email address. Click Request.
3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password in a few minutes.
4. Check your Email Inbox. You will receive an email from Pencil Admin. Click on Change my password hyperlink.
5. You will be re-directed to a page where you can type in new password and retype new password. Click on Change my password.
6. Now you can login again with your Username and New password.
