How to restore an invoice that shows Voided in Pencil

You may have an invoice that shows as Voided in the Invoices and or Sales Orders pages of Pencil.

In the case where an invoice is showing as "Voided" in Pencil → Invoices, you can restore this invoice by going to Pencil → Sale Orders and follow the steps below:

1. Restore invoice in Pencil → Invoices.

   1. Go to Pencil → Invoices

   2. Search for the voided invoice

   3. At “Actions” column, click on “More Actions” button → click on “Restore Invoice” action.

      1. After the invoice is restored, go to step 2.

2. Restore invoice in Pencil → Sale Orders

   1. Go to Pencil → Sale Orders

   2. Search for the voided invoice

   3. Under the“Actions” column, click on (...) “More Actions” button → click on “Sync”.

      1. The invoice will be restored in Pencil → Sale Orders.
