How to set the default text in the setup a payment plan email that is sent to your customer?

You may wish to communicate a specific message to your customers to help them understand the setup a payment plan via Pencil.

To set the default text in the set up a payment plan email that is sent to your customer follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Pencil with your Supplier User login.
  2. Go to: Settings -> Credit Forms -> Email Template Blocks.
  3. You can click on the "Preview" icon under "Actions" to see the existing default content.

  4. If you would like to change it, click on the "Edit" icon on "Actions" for this email template name "[002] Payment Plan Offer".
  5. Update the content and Save.
  6. Next time you send an on boarding email to a customer you can Preview it before to see how it looks. [001] Customer On Boarding Email -> Under Actions, Click Binocular Icon to Preview the content first.
