How to set your Credit Application Form to require not require a Personal Guarantor by Default for all incoming new customers

You may encounter a scenario where you would like to disable requiring a Personal Guarantor when a customer fills out a credit application form by default

If you go to Settings → Credit Forms → Payment Terms Settings → Select the filter "Active" = Yes → Then click on the "More" button Under Actions on the right of each active payment term 

Here you will find the Payment Term Settings of an Active Payment Term selected


You can customise the number of Personal Guarantors that you require and input the number in the box and make sure to tick the checkbox to the right and then click on Save.

To disable this required setting on the credit application form as a default, just untick the checkbox and input 0 then click on Save.
