How to turn off auto-charge for my signed up customers?

If you have customers that have signed up to Pencil and they may be experiencing financial difficulty or want to delay payment by a few weeks; you can disable the auto-charge feature for the individual customer.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Search for the customer
  3. Click on the (...) More Actions icon under "Actions"
  4. Select "Customer Settings"
  5. In the Customer Settings popup scroll down to "Reminders" and toggle OFF "Auto-Charge Invoices with Saved Payment Method" and "Enabled for same day payments" and close the popup.
  6. All done.
