If you have customers that have signed up to Pencil and they may be experiencing financial difficulty or want to delay payment by a few weeks; you can disable the auto-charge feature for the individual customer.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to Customers
- Search for the customer
- Click on the (...) More Actions icon under "Actions"
- Select "Customer Settings"
- In the Customer Settings popup scroll down to "Reminders" and toggle OFF "Auto-Charge Invoices with Saved Payment Method" and "Enabled for same day payments" and close the popup.
- All done.
