How to turn OFF SMS Settings for Customer

Check out the steps below to learn how to turn OFF SMS notifications for your customer.

Each customer will receive the on boarding email. We also recommend you check your credit form reminder settings by following these steps:

  1. Login to your Pencilpay admin account -> Go to Settings -> Select Credit Forms -> Select Reminder Settings

This is what it looks like on the Pencilpay Dashboard. You can either click the Arrow down Icon to reveal the drop-down menu selection or click on the word itself.

Settings -> Credit Forms -> Reminder Settings

  1. Check the "Frequency:" is set to somewhere between 3 and 7 days (is our recommendation).
  2. Check what "Time:" you want these credit form reminder settings sent.
  3. Toggle OFF the "SMS" setting to turn OFF SMS
  4. Click on Save to save your settings.
