How to update my company's trading terms and conditions?

From time to time you may be required to update your company's trading terms and conditions. This article shows you how to quickly do it.

Please follow the steps below to update your company's trading terms and conditions:

  1. Log into https://app.pencilpay.com/
  2. Go to: Settings -> Credit Forms -> Payment Terms Settings.
  3. Check that you filtered by Active = Yes.


  4. Then find each active trading term and on the right hand side of the grid click on "More" under "Actions".

  1. Then at the top of the popup click on the "Edit" icon.
  2. Here you can update your trading terms and conditions.
  3. Please note that you should be careful not to delete the variables in Party 1 and Party 2 as these will pre-fill based on each of your your customers individual details as they complete their account application using Pencil.
