You may have customers that in the past you have excluded them from showing in Pencil for various reasons (like they are part of a buyer group or you stopped trading with them).
In the case you have previously excluded customers from being visible in Pencil or your tagging or grouping of customers is preventing the customer from showing in Pencil, we have a new feature to allow you to find these excluded customers.
If you have previously excluded customers from being visible in Pencil, or if your tagging or grouping settings are preventing a customer from appearing, we now offer a new feature to help you locate these excluded customers.
If you are unable to find a specific customer after verifying their contact details, such as having a valid email address and associated invoices in your accounting or inventory/ERP system, you can reach out to Pencil support to enable this feature for your account.
Once activated, you will see a new menu item labeled "Excluded Customers." This allows you to search for a specific customer and remove them from the excluded list. After doing so, you can return to the Customers menu to view the customer.
