After entering your first name, last name and email address and clicking Next you are presented with a popup to enter your password and also a 6 digit verification code.
Sometimes it might take a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive or the email could go to Spam, Junk or All Mail.
Please check in each of these folders if you do not receive the verification email notification.
Please note that you have up to 60 minutes to enter the code after you first request it.
