What to do if a Customer refuses to add their Bank Account or Credit Card details to Pencil Application

Customers can still continue with their PencilPay application even if they do not wish to add their bank account or credit card information.

For customers who do not wish to add their bank/credit card information, there is a way that they can continue without entering the details.

In Pencil, Go to Customers -> Select Customer -> Click on (...) More Actions -> Click Customer Settings -> Toggle Off the 'Payment Method Required' option.
